The Magnificat Institute is the music school of the Custody of the Holy Land open to everyone who desires to learn music.

Established 25 years ago, the school offers to its 200 students courses of piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, flute, pipe organ, bassoon and trumpet. The teachers are all professionals with academic training in some of the best music schools in the world.

All student fees are generously subsidized by the Custody of the Holy Land in association with other private donors. More, students can apply for scholarships allowing them to study music for next to nothing.

Sadly this year - due to a worsening of the security situation in Jerusalem - we are having difficulty in raising the funds needed to continue our work. So if you can help us in anyway, you can make a big difference.
