Adsorption dryers are better than refrigerated dryers in adaptability to the environment. The adsorption dryer only needs to take into account the influencing factors of the high dew point value of the compressed air pressure caused by the high outlet temperature of the air compressor at the highest ambient temperature when selecting the equipment. If the temperature is higher than 40 degrees, a pre-cooling device should be added to the front of the dryer.
But for the refrigerated dryer, the ambient temperature is too high or too low is not suitable for the operation of the equipment. If the ambient temperature is too high, the condensation pressure of the refrigerant in the air-cooled dryer will increase, resulting in a decrease in the cooling capacity, which will directly affect the pressure dew point of the dryer. If the ambient temperature is too low, especially below 0°C, ice blockage will easily occur when the condensed water of the dryer is drained out.
