Enjoy an exclusive private 3-course dinner and wine pairing for 4 people in your home in Southern California. Chef Justin Simeon will prepare a 3-course gourmet dinner; each course paired with a wine selection. The chef will introduce each course and discuss the accompanying wine. You can customize the menu based on a choice of options offered by the chef.
Chef Simeon is a graduate of the famed Western Culinary Institute and made his start at the Waterloo House in Bermuda. He moved on to The Red Water Group 'Rush,’ Aquariva/Grand Heritage, The Ritz Carlton and then to Todd Mills in New York. He is now a private chef and reside in Los Angeles, CA.
This package includes all preparation, menu planning, shopping, cleanup, service and wine tasting for up to 4 people. Additional guests may be added for an additional fee.
