Hello Family  & Friends -

As you know,  I have metastatic breast cancer, and cannot work due to the horrible side effects of chemo, immunotherapy and radiation. I am on a very limited fixed income, for which I am grateful - but rarely have enough for food, bills, rent and basic necessities.

I am longing to see my sons, grandson and family in California - which is especially important these days.

A beautiful friend of mine helped me get my airline ticket for an upcoming visit to Southern California, but after paying my current bills, I find that I can’t cover car rental expenses. Flying into LA, I really need a car to get around as one son and grandson live in LA, and the other son lives about a 2 hour drive away from LA.

It costs about $200 to rent a car for 5 days with the Turo App.
