Where to Download the Updated Maps?

The official Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) website is an excellent source for getting ahold of any updated maps, as well as being a great way to get detailed directions on how to get anywhere in Dubai. You can find out more information at www.rta.ae or alternatively by downloading its Dubai Map app directly from Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

How To Use the Maps

The Dubai metro has 3 lines that cross 13 stations. It’s a great way to get around—but if you’re new to Dubai, finding your way around may be a bit tricky. Here are some tips on how to use each of these maps

Downtown Dubai Metro Station Maps

Want to get from A to B but don’t know how or what route is best? Then you need these maps. They show all of Dubai’s metro stations and give a rundown of each stop so you can decide which ones are convenient for your journey. These maps also include info on city centre stops. The maps are available on both English and Arabic versions, so no matter which language you speak, you’ll have everything at your fingertips when using public transport in Dubai.

Jumeirah Lake Towers & Emirates Hills Station Maps

The main stations on Dubai’s new metro are almost all elevated, with only two underground—JLT and Emirates Hills. The Jumeirah Lake Towers station, which opened in September 2011, is a great example of how beautiful Dubai’s first metro line can be. While you won’t need a map for getting around inside most stations, having a bird’s-eye view of them may come in handy if you want to do some research before visiting.

Al Rigga / Rashidiya Station Maps

In addition to getting around Dubai, you may need directions for your journey outside of Dubai. Check out these helpful Al Rigga and Rashidiya station maps. Simply print them out, place them in your wallet, and you’ll be ready for anything (as long as you can read Arabic). Be sure not miss Al Rigga Station on your next trip—it’s one of Dubai’s most famous attractions.

Union Square Station Maps

You can view maps of each station on The Dubai Metro’s website. You can also get a map of The Dubai Metro through their app. But what happens when you want a nice, big, foldable paper map? Fortunately, these are available from ticket vending machines at every station! These maps include all 3 lines—Red, Green and Blue—as well as colour-coded metro routes within Dubai that connect with The Dubai Metro.

Al Barsha Station Maps

The Al Barsha Station is one of Dubai's two interchanges. The Al Barsha Metro station, is located in Dubai, UAE. It serves as an interchange station between Red Line and Green Line. It is named after a nearby neighborhood (Al Barsha). The station also lies very close to Mall of Emirates Station on red line and Sharaf DG Station on green line.

Mall of the Emirates Station Maps

To help you navigate around Dubai, we have included two maps in our guide: One for each of Dubai’s busiest stations—Al Ghurair City and Mall of Emirates. All you need to do is download them now and you can start navigating like a pro!

Mirdif Station Maps

If you’re familiar with Dubai, you’ve probably heard of Mirdif Station. It’s one of Dubai’s most popular stops, which means it can get pretty busy at times—especially during rush hour. Fortunately, there are a number of station maps available for travelers looking to navigate their way around town. We put together a guide that outlines each stop and makes it easy for you to understand what to expect from your trip.

World Trade Centre Station Maps

World Trade Centre (Dubai) is one of Dubai’s three stations and it serves as an interchange between Red Line, Green Line and Gold Line. The line will serve residents and tourists alike with its close proximity to cultural attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah Mosque, Dubai Museum, Bastakiya area and Souk Al Bahar. Stations along Red Line will provide access to business districts in Deira while Dubai Mall Station provides easy access to popular shopping destinations at Dubai Mall.

Nad Al Sheba / Sports City Section Maps

You’ll likely use these two interchangeably, unless you have a specific reason for using one over another. For example, if you’re going on a trip with your family and need to get back by dinner time (when Sports City opens), then Nad Al Sheba is probably more convenient for you. For local transportation needs, both stations are great.

Palm Deira Section Map

Palm Deira is an extension of Dubai’s popular Palm Jumeirah neighborhood. It’s also a gateway to multiple other areas in Dubai, including Umm Suqeim and Burj Al Arab, as well as a main link between downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.
